1973 Chevy Vega GT
Some of the cars from the final leg of the 2016 Hot Rod Power Tour. No Roadkill cars in this one, I’m sure you’ve seen them before and I will probably just have them in a separate post some other time.
Very clean build on the Vega
The Vega, one last time...
Loved this Torino
Brian Scotto’s Napalm Nova
This guy was running along with the Hoonigan’s all week in a 1983 LTD dubbed the STD. By the way, it was a manual.
I was torn by this International Scout.
Love the rear of that Plymouth Barracuda
Really liked this clean Maverick
Buick GS
Buick GSX, yes please
Yes
Unreadable tach on the hood
AMC Rebel SST
AMC Rebel SST
AMC Rebel SST
Mercury Cyclone Spoiler with an equally sweet looking Ford Torino in the background
Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser
This Olds Vista Cruiser would be my go-to family vehicle.
I think this is a Morris Minor pickup? It had a Toyota engine stuffed in it.
Engine in the Morris
Opel GT!
Opel GT!
I have a soft spot for G-Bodies. Saw an ‘86 Grand Prix 2+2 in the Wichita leg that sounded pretty mean.
Obligatory $kay-bait
If power tour ever has a stop near your town I would recommend on checking it out. And by all means participate if you can, it’s fun and makes for a great road trip. While we only went to two stops, it was really cool to see everything and we even got to meet Lucky, Finnegan, and Frieberger from Roadkill and Roadkill garage.

Lots of interesting stuff. I’ve always been a fan of those Fox Body LTDs.
